SHIPPING

We ship using Canada Post Expedited. Parcels generally arrive 2-3 days after dropping them at the Post Office. Covid-19 is currently causing some delays. We are charging a flat rate of $10 for shipping, unless the actual cost is lower. For International shipping, please call us.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to Bill 96 we are unable to ship to Quebec at this time.

RETURN POLICY

Wools and yarns may be returned provided they are in an unused condition. A store credit will be issued once the wool is in the store and its condition verified.

PICK UP

We can offer curbside pick-up between the hours of 10:00am and 2:00pm only. Alternatively, porch delivery is available in some areas. Please call for details.
