SHIPPING
Shipping is within Canada ONLY, excluding Quebec due to Bill 96. We ship using Canada Post Expedited. Parcels generally arrive 2-3 days after dropping them at the Post Office. We are charging a flat rate of $15 for shipping, unless the actual cost is lower.PICK UP
We can offer curbside pick-up between the hours of 10:00am and 2:00pm only. Alternatively, porch delivery is available in some areas. Please call for details.RETURN POLICY
Wools and yarns may be returned provided they are in an unused condition. A store credit will be issued once the wool is in the store and its condition verified.PAYMENT METHODS
