Besties Cardigan - Evenings

This is your basic cardigan, with a twist.  This cardi is knit from the shoulders down, with front shoulder stitches picked up from the back shoulder cast on.  The garment is then joined at the under-arm and knit in one piece to the bottom.  The sleeve stitches are picked up and knit in the round.  The button bands are applied separately.  Knitter will want to know basic knit, purl, decreases, picking up stitches and casting off.  The pattern is size inclusive, offering sizes from newborn through 6XL.  Even better is that the designer offers six different weights of yarn!  Carol is using DK weight (Emotions and Spark) for her toddler size.  Class cost is $25 plus the pattern cost of approximately $10 and materials.
